So how does all this graphic design stuff work?

The first thing to know is :  We never, print any cards for clients until they have given us written authorization that they approve the design and are ready to have their cards printed.  So, don't even think about worrying about getting cards printed that you don't like.  Your cards will only go to print after you approve the design.

We offer three methods for creating quality marketing pieces.

#1  Your Design: You or your Graphics Department or your Ad Agency or whoever, submit to us the graphics you want on the front and the back of the card.  When you submit artwork, we never charge for it -- so long as it is in a file format we can use.  Go here for the technical specs for artwork to send to us: Artwork Submissions

#2  Our Design: You want to use a card style we have already designed. This is the fastest way to get a professional marketing piece produced when you don't have artwork or design ideas.  We are constantly creating new postcard styles and content for real estate professionals. These include, farming, just listed/sold, holiday, special occassions and more. With new designs being added every month, you are sure to find one to compliment your marketing campaign. At checkout, you will be given the otion to use the text and headings provided with card, or submit your own. Then simply upload your logo and/or photo and we will put it all together creating a personalized marketing piece just for you. #3  Custom Design: You want something new and unique to set you apart from your competition.  You  have an idea how you would like your piece to look, or you may have no idea at all and wish to reley on the creativity of our designers. This is what we call our Custom Design Package. If this is what you want, we will send you a form with a bunch of questions to fill out about the direction you want the card to take and how you invision the final product. You get up to 2 full hours of the designer's time and up to three sets of changes and alterations on the card being designed. Simply order the printing quantity of cards you desire, and you will be given an option to include this or head on over to our Custom Design Gallery.

If it takes over 2 hours of design time and consultation to satisfy you, we charge $75 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.  Sometimes, we will be able to find an image in our own inventory of Royalty Free images that will work for you, sometimes we may have to buy an image from a graphics provider.  Prices for individual images can range anywhere from around $50 to upwards of $500 (and we don't make any money on them, it all goes to the Image Broker.)  We will be happy to give you a list of websites you can go to and search for such images yourself, so that you don't have to spend your design time on research.  Just ask your sales representative about this option.
